Is there a color or shade darker than Black?

Question:I know that Black is considered the deepest color/shade. .but is there any color at all that anyone has ever heard of which would be darker than Black? I've heard of a Bluish-Black potentially being considered darker in coloring. .possibly a Silverish-Black. Thank you to All who respond here.

Answers:
It depends on what black you are talking about. In printing the colors used are C(Cyan) M(Magenta) Y(Yellow) K(Black). CMYK. When all colors are at 100% the black is blacker than if only black ink was used. In reply to the previous answer... adding blue to black would not lighten it. In a book that I have it compares 9 different types of black with different values. By the way, why do you ask this question?
In my opinion, I don't think there is anything darker than black. If you add blue to the black, you are adding a lighter color to the black, making the black lighter. Black is black. Its the darkest you can get.
Not to my knowledge
There's not considering Black is lack of color
Think about what you see in the darkness, black. So that is the darkest color that there is.
