If those upperclass men resort to pushing you in the hallway or violence, ignore it, tell an adult (sounds so cheesy), or if you want something on your record, fight back.
If they are just teasing you, then those upperclass men are just having a superiority complex. This always happen to freshmen.

I would be sure to stay with friends all of the time (in the halls, at lunch, etc..) and try not to do anything to draw negative attention to yourself. It could be these idiots will go onto different diversions in a few weeks. If it continues, go to the counseling office with names, incidents, and times and ask them, "Hey, how do I handle it when John Doe says..?". Also, often there are "security cameras" that can be reviewed for verification. Get your parents involved if you can't get anywhere by yourself.
So many schools have a "zero tolerance" policy...they need to put actions in place of words.
