binders...without a doubt! you can organize your papers using dividers. not only can you take things out, but you can add things, unlike a notebook! while binders do use more room in your bag, i would still say that they are the most efficient! good luck junior year!

binders because you don't have to deal with all those little pieces of paper
for the last 2 yrs of highschool I got a spiral notebook just one...with pockets in it.and when i run out of room i'd get another one. its organized although it sounds like its not but much more easy to haul around with all of your books.
in my school I need both so get both you will probably need both
binders are better because you can store papers and take out a sheet of paper with out tearing it ...but i use spiral .lol

I'd use the spiral. Cause it has less chance of tearing out. Plus if the teacher(s) don't like the mess it leaves when tore out of the notebook. You can just trim off the end with scissors.

plus there are cloth ones that have pockets.
i'm a junior too.. i perfer spiral notebooks because binders get too complicated.
