Try a quick exercise break. As strange as it sounds, often long hours of studying can tear you up. Just taking a stroll around the block or campus can help give you a boost of energy and help relieve stress. Stress is shown to wreak havoc on your body and being exhausted is one way it shows. You can try energy drinks, coffee, etc. but using them too much can be bad for you. I work FT and go to school PT so I am often so tired when I come home, but I usually try to force myself to go for a walk or jog and it helps. I'm not a health nut by any means, but having a couple minutes to clear your head can help when you go back to hitting the books. Lastly, don't ignore sleep. If you're not getting 7-8 hours a night...you could be setting yourself up for some real health problems. I did that for a while and ended up getting REALLY sick. I ended up missing a lot more school than if I had not been an idiot. You'll find a way to work it all out. Good luck!
dont drink energy drinks, u will crash from sleepyness. The basic energy drink(monster, tabbs, red bull) give u 6 hours of "extra" energy, but as u drink more for every extra u get more energy but subtract about 30 minutes from the energy time. so u get all enrgized with three and end up with only about 5 and a half hours not a good thing.
Eat right, stay away from the caffeine and sugar boosts, exercise and get enough sleep. the other key is not to procrastinate. I always feel tired if I let my work pile up.
