Just don't do anything stupid, don't talk back, and don't do drugs. They'll bring the K9 units every now and then to check lockers.
Be yourself. Stay organized. Be with your friends, but try to make new ones too. Join clubs. Be in class on time. The main one is BE YOURSELF. I came from a different school and being myself has helped me make a lot of friends. When I first went I knew only like 10 people out of like 1600 people, but now I know a lot more people.

I just started my freshman year high school a week and a half ago and its no big deal. Some of my friends were really nervous and after the first day they chilled out. I would say just go look at a map before you get there so you know where your going and don't have to pull it out in the middle of the hall and look like such a freshman. haha!
Tips to Freshman :
1. Don't Act like your cool... because your not.
2. Dont try to ask out upperclassmen girls, you'll just embarass yourself.
3. You won't get picked on/bullied unless you start something
4. Dont be afraid to talk to the upperclassmen, generally we are always willing to give advice, and help you find your classes.
5. Your the lowest of the low. Just accept it. when you're an upperclassmen you'll get it.
6. Enjoy H.S. But don't stress out about it. Friendships will come and go, Grades will be up and down. It's only 700-740 days of your life so dont stress out about it. Don't take it too seriously, and just know that your one step closer to being completely independent.
