This is a scam! Its called a 419 scam where you are told you have an account opened for you, you won the lottery in so country you didn't know existed, or that you have a relative who died and left you millions. I just got an email with this same phone number, and believe me, you don't have an account opened at Bank of America with 15million British pounds (this is what my email said). Don't call unless you are into messing with them, and definitely don't give them any information. Delete the email, and move on.
Look up 419 scams on yahoo and see for yourself. Think about it, why would the bank of Nigeria or World Bank, email you to tell you about this? Please, do not get scammed.
