Question:My husband is applying to a European job (IT Management position) which requires a photo be submitted with the CV. Should he just take a black & white passport photo or take a fancier picture with him sitting behind a desk?
Answers:
Passport phot will suffice. The reason they do that is to put a face to the name when they have several applicants, so when reviewing to see who to give the job to, they see the photo and will remember how they interviewed. Good Luck :)
