No. It's not their responsibility to make sure the classes are like that. It wouldn't be fair to deny students access and such just because they're trying to keep a sex ratio.
Yes but I only answer this because I go to a tech school w 30% women. O and they basically give half tuition for being a woman so its not descrinination agians them.
