I know it so hard to concentrate when there are so many distractions or your mind wondering onto other things.
If you have so many projects to complete or other priorities then it best to do a timetable so you can be sure to give your attention to one each time.
Also make sure you eating healthy and drinking lots of water.
Make sure you somewhere where you are relaxed and able to sit down and be comfortable enough to study - are you too hot or cold ect.
Also take regular breaks - do something like go for a walk or read a fave mag for a while but make sure you discipline yourself and do studying as well.

take light & simple food, keep one glass water, choose alone, & don't try to study with bed... study with table & chair

Sit at an empty table, filled with your books, a glass of water, and a dry bowl of cereal. Concentrate. Have the tv and radio off unless the best working environment for you is with a little mellow music. work alone. then buckle down and study :D
Before you study have a nice healthy & filling snack
also during your study i'd say turning on music (mostly classical) that you like will help you focus
also have no distractions and set times and DON't do it all at once-- if you have a lot to study take breaks and then continue

I study really well with Rosemary essential oil. It really helps with concentration. Along with song ambient, no lyrics music. I like classical and like nature sounds.
turn off the TV, music, and put your phone off then you are not tempted. then get out your books. some people find it easier to write things out, try using stick-it notes and place them around your room so you can revise whilst doing every-day stuff i.e. on your mirror so you can learn whilst doing your hair. other people find it better to revise around friends then they are in a more relaxed atmosphere, or even learn things through a song.
