Comparing myself to the american system students?

Question:I'm comparing myself to the american system. I'm in high school and I'm not in the american system so I don't have those AP classes and stuff to be advanced in a certain subject (science for me) but we have a thing called Baccalauréat and I'm in Série scientifique (S) that means we focus on science, see this link :

I just wanted to know is it like taking AP classes in science (in the american system) and when I finish high school will I be at the same level as the american students who took AP classes in science?

Answers:
It's almost the same, but most American AP students are not just focused on one subject , such as the sciences, but they are also in AP classes in Literature, Math, and History. Many are taking pre - university classes at the end of their senior year of high school.
I think the IB system is higher then the AP classes offered. IB is international, standards are very high. I've written the IB diplomas and they are bruuuuutal.
