Answers:
by not asking stupid questions
very easy think smarter mean u think u have photographic memory and u will have it
If you are motivated you can be smarter than all of those others.
Read a lot, and read a diverse assortment of books, magazines, etc. Use the internet, but don't confine your reading just to the internet.
If someone things they're smarter than you and they in fact know a subject that you aren't so hot in, study up on that subject and then go back and talk to that person. Since you know what he does or doesn't know, you can prune your learning so that you can draw circles around that other person's knowledge. In fact, you should always particularly try to get a feel for where a person is weak and vulnerable. That will be precisely where you will go on the attack.
I remember when I was learning chess, it used to p me off that this dude, who was teaching me to play, would chuckle every time he beat me. I hated that laugh. I went to the library, read up on chess moves, and the next time I played this guy I won.
Use that as a lesson. When someone teases you because they are "smarter," than they, outsmart them. Even if you aren't above them on the Stanford-Binet, you may be able to outsmart them if you are motivated to prove your worth.
And hey, have fun with this. Learning shouldn't be a chore--it's an education and an entertainment. And when you wallop your enemies, I do hope you'll show a little magnanimity and not do unto them as they did unto you. Be better than those who used to put you down.
Getting smarter requires a lot of work. Years of work. It is called good education. Mostly, it is about attention to details, acquiring problem solving skills and habits of abstract thinking.
Math is the science that used to stretch the brain. Other subjects, if taught correct way, may improve your communication skills, art skills and so on...
I do not know what is your age, level of education and time-money resources that you are ready to put into your education. Therefore, my advice can be obsolete.

As a Math curriculum that develops analytical thinking, I can recommend Singapore Math. See www.SingaporeMath.com
I think that few years of Singapore Math can make anyone smarter. Especially if it will include their Geometry...
Participation in drama classes will improve your ability to see details in voice, intonation, characters of people as well as improve your memory.

Get better linguistic education. Read good books. Check your Lexile level by checking the level of books that you read (www.Lexile.com) and each Month read 1-3 books that have Lexile level 100 higher than before. If you will start enjoying the books with Lexile level higher than 1,300, I do not think that anyone will call you "stupid"
Than, after your level is above 1,300, copy the best sentences that carry interesting ideas, and memorize them as well as their authors... You might be called "nerd" at that point.

Good Luck
Play chess. I know it sounds irrelevant but it switches on the power of thought.

Having said that, being sociable and making contacts seems to have a lot to do with getting places in life, in my opinion.
