I have made many friends to where I might move because my family lives there and that is where i spend much of my summer. However:
1. Their HS doesn't have Italian...I'm in Italian 3 Honors next year and Italian 4 EEP Sr. year...so at my new HS I won't have a language my sr. yr...will this affect my college opportunities?
2. Will this move affect my class rank and GPA...because schools weight classes differently...will new high schools look at my transcript and actually weight my grades how they weight theirs. Or will I just not be counted in the class rank or even just moved unfairly back into like 45/290 because they didn't weight it.
Lastly, will this affect my chances into colleges...do they care that you move like this before your senior year?

To answer each question separately: regarding your lack of foreign language your senior year, it will not affect it at all. Most colleges only look at 10th-11th grade academic information. Senior year grades are not considered because most are not posted when applications are due. So don't worry about that - unless you wereplanning on taking an AP Italian exam.
Your class rank could be weighted. But it could be weighted in your favor. It depends upon the ranking of the school system that you are transfering from versus where you are transferring to. However, it won't change drastically - maybe one or two places in either direction.
Colleges look at the overall picture. They look at your class load, grades, rank and SAT scores. It does not make that big of a difference if you slip from 5th in the class to 10th.
Relax and enjoy your senior year. It's great that you will be familiar with your surroundings, so have fun.
