Wil going to a vocational school impede me from going to a good college or would i be better in a public shool

Question:Wil going to a vocational school impede me from going to a good college/university or would i be better in a public school?

Answers:
Go wherever's going to get you a diploma. Worry about college later. Really if you keep your grades up no matter where you are, graduate with a diploma, make decent to good scores on your sat or act( I suggest taking both and sending in both), writing a great statement of purpose, and possibly setting up an interview with your perspective colleges then you will get in.
Hi! No, I admire you for considering vocational school. If I had it to do all over again, I'd go to vocational school first, work in my chosen area, and continue higher education at night or part-time. Many employers will pay for part of your college education and some will let you take courses during the day. We are living longer lives. We change jobs or employers many times in our lifetime. We move to different states, etc. I wish you well!
