There's not really any bullies like you see on tv or in movies. Nobody will go out of your way to beat you up for your lunch money.
You do have to be aware of the mean or the fake people. Some people will only use you for your homework or to get more popular or something. There are some people who are really fake who will say all the right things to all the right people to try and be everything to everyone. Find friends who are just there for you. Some people might say things behind your back but only if you give them a reason to. Don't brag or talk about how much money you have or something. Not many people care about your life outside of school unless they are a part of it. Be normal and friendly and nice and people will notice.
there are no such things as bullies in high school. i never got picked on as a freshman and i wont pick on them, some are actually my friends and im a senior
ignore them... they are insecure about themselves that is why they have to act that way and if they touch you, thank god these days you can file an assault charge against them!
