No,
They don't care. If you are using it to explain a fluxuation in semester grades they will take it into account but they will never hold it against you.
they really dont care about that stuff.all they care about is getting OUR money.!! if they get our money they care about nothing. haha
---its sad but very true---
depends on what your grades are, and this movement so many times could mean (to them) that maybe you werent such a good student
Honestly, they might care. However, it should not sway their decision on whether they admit you or not...that would be petty and I assure you it won't happen. If you are worried, you can attach something that explains why you switched three times. That should clear things up. Don't worry!
Moving when you're a kid has far more to do with your parents than it does you. A child shouldn't be punished for his/her parents' decisions. If your grades are good, you'll be fine. If you're from India, you may stand an even better chance of being accepted into many colleges because you'll add to the diversity of the school. I wouldn't sweat it if I were you. The fact that you're even asking this question shows you're a smart person.
They don't really care how many school you went to as long as you do good in school then you're good to go.
I would suggest doing college interviews and explaining your situation to them. Being in 3 different high schools could be a red flag that you may have been a "bad" student and may not accept you.
