I was in student council last year...basically you just volunteer at different places like animal shelters and hospitals to get community service hours and help out around the school...like make posters to advertise for special events or do fundraisers to raise money for the club...using all the money we made last year we organized and funded the end of the year dance. So basically you do things like that, decide what's right for your school- whether its cleaning up the school itself or cutting down on homework...hope this helps :)
