Wear shirts that enhance your cleavage - doing that doesn't have to mean showing them off. Shirts with a cross-over help create an illusion, if nothing's there, and layering shirts works nicely as well. A printed tee under a zip-up or button-up sweater of some kind looks great. :]
Stay away from from clothes with characters printed on them - no Winnie the Pooh, Mickie Mouse, etc. They can make a mature-looking person, look much younger than their actual age.
Wear makeup, if you're allowed to do so - not much, don't try to apply a pancake. Just a layer of dark brown or black eyeliner under the eye, and some black mascara helps bring out your maturity.
Try to shy away from pinks, unless they have a very flattering fit, or an awesome picture/phrase. Pink, apparently, is thought of as a younger-girl color when not on someone more noticeably old.
