being a freshman is not as hard as tv shows and movies make you think. you get used to the size of the school in a couple days you barely ever get lost...you know where everything is in a couple of days. no upperclassmen give you pick on you (they might call you stupid freshman; but nothing bad) . over all being a freshman is pretty cool.
its very wierd going to a huuge school with tons of peoplenot knowing anybody. the most important thing is choosing who u want to spend high school with forever...and its very hard...so u have to have alot of confidence that first day
not difficult, you'll need to adjust to your schedule along with your work and your teachers
GOOD LUCK!
^^^ He's right, TV makes highschool seem so dramatic, it is absolutely no where near as exciting. No one gets stuffed in lockers, etc.
The work is easy. Teachers know how kids feel, cuz they see it every year. I remember colouring in maps in grade 9 geography, and writing very very short poems in english.
It's not diffcult, the classes are easy just depends the level of education you have that makes it difficult, another side of it is making new friends, find out who you want to hang out, where is your hang out gonna be, getting yourself together, joining clubs or sports (optional), and trying to be responsible.
it really isn't that bad. everyone gets worried but theres really nothing to stress over, and if you're going to a huge school there will be a lot of clubs and stuff so join some and get involved and you'll make friends quick :)
It really isn't as hard and scary as it seems. If anything I think that my freshman year has been the easiest year so far. The teachers are still pretty easy on you like they were in middle school/jr.high. Don't worry so much, your freshman year should be the time to relax and enjoy high school. Now when junior year comes along thats when you start to panic.
