According to the office, yesterday was the final day to make any changes to your first semester school schedule --however I wasn't able to stop by my school yesterday. But there are still changes I want to make. Would it be possible to change it in the next few days before school starts?
Also, I feel bad because I feel like I'm causing my teachers/counselor a lot of trouble by changing it last minute. Even when I called the school, the secretary seemed really disapproving of the fact that I had called about schedule changes, and even that made me feel bad!

Have your parents go to talk with your counselors and have them tell them that they want your schedule changed.
