It depends on how your school is set up. When I was in middle school, there were three or four bathroom stalls. Any girls could use them. It's not a requirement to dress in front of the other girls. If the teacher says something, I would report something to the principle.

and you change in front of other girls/guys
(if your a girl, then other girls, and if your a guy, in front of other guys)
don't worry about it though
because hopefully none of your same-gender friends are checking you out

the girls have 10 closed stalls and about 50 open ones. By the second week most of them our just changing by their locker. Don't worry!
