I understand that since your Indian you have a lot of pressure to do well. I'm Indian as well and I had that pressure.
Start from the easiest subject and study... you can finish the easier subjects quicker and you would have actually accomplished something rather than studing the harder subjects first and taking a long time. For definitions, make flash cards.
Read important chapters in textbooks and take notes in pen (this makes it look more neat so you can study it right before the tes)... I'll repeat: TAKE NOTES ... this really helps... i just had an AP Biology test last week and I just took notes on the stuff int he text book and reread the notes I had in class and I ended up getting a 100%.
For math, look at your old test and quizzes and redo the problems that you missed. Don't waste time reading your notes for math unless you don't know how to do a concept like factoring or something. Just redo problems that you missed.
For foreign languages use flash cards to learn the vocab quicker. For english, if its essay, prepare the essay ahead of time and talk to your teacher to edit and ask questions about the essay. For science... TAKE NOTES AND REREAD YOUR NOTES...
For History, just look through your notes and maybe reread important chapters in the text book.

everyone learns differently...maybe making index cards for key points and studying them...or else rewriting your notes until they set in your mind, or else maybe just re reading, but you have to be determined to do something and not give up until you have perfectly finished what you need to do.
by the way, you dont need to add that you are indian, race does not matter in a question of this sort and you shouldnt encourage it to.
