Nouns climax within Y? For a child, please?

I am working with my son on how to create plurals (school failed miserably, I'm working beside him with a tutor now), and I necessitate a lot of NOUNS end with the reminder Y to help him next to the "add Y" or "revision the Y to an I" rule.

He's only within 6th grade so nil too complicated, please, but I need as long as document as possible-- it's sure hard to rummage the dictionary after you've wracked your brain with words close to "Story, gallery, alley, mode, key, boy, toy, puppy"... you acquire the idea.

Any and adjectives help appreciated!
