I don't think at this point, any more studying will help you at all.
What I DO suggest is that you listen to as much English as possible (and as least Swedish) as possible from now until then. I know you have a lot of movies and TV and that most Swedes speak English. So, have your parents speak English to you (if possible) and any brothers and sisters you might have. Listen to English language programs and go to an English movie the night before.
All of this will get your ear used to the language and your brain used to using it!
