No. Endocrine systems secrete hormones which have to circulate in blood to exhbit their effect in their target organs. Whereas, the neural impulses are instantaneous.
AND why on Earth, would you want a healthy pancreas to be changed to a diseased one???

actually the endocrine and nervous system work hand-in-hand.

specially the mylaned cells no! endocrine system works through release of harmones whereas nervous system works through electrical impulses which anyway r faster.
