What kind of question is that? Have you ever been to prison? Jail? Lockup of some sort? Going there does not make any sense. If we lock them up then we are taking years of their lives for a bad decision to smoke? I'm sorry that you think that teenagers need to be incarcerated to pay for making a bad decision.
You're talking about fascism. You start with smoking, move to hate speech, move to religion, move to race, move to genocide. You're starting another holocaust. There has been NO conclusive proof of 2nd hand smoke causing any more damage than being outside beside a road for 2 hours a day. Smoking may be a bad habit, an addiction. But it's not the "great Satan" threatening our culture, youth, and way of life. People should be able to smoke anywhere where private enterprise or city government hasn't expressly banned it. No state law, no federal law. Smoking takes 5-15 years off your life, obesity takes 10-50. We don't ration food to a reasonable amount per person per day. Why ban smoking? It's just a scapegoat to keep or mind off of real issues.
