Personally, I'd go for the Sociology and Economics combination. 2 social sciences will balance the Mathematics plus pure science you have already chosen to give you wider options. If you are still thinking of law in a couple of years, you will have to do plenty of reading (case studies and legal summaries), so best to prepare for that workload now via subjects like these.
if u wanted to keep ur options open, i wouldnt suggest doing chemistry, cos then u'd have 2 sciences, so if u decided u didnt want to do anything with science, then uve got 2 a levels that arent relevent to what u want to do, so id probably say sociology/economics (i think they'd be more useful for being a lawyer or barrister if thats what u choose to do in the end)
