Is "The Love Song of J Alfred Prufrock" a good poem to give to a 10th grade honors English class?

Question:

Answers:
It's weird--no doubt. I gave it to my class of Juniors, but that didn't make it less weird.
Seniors get mad when they cut the chaff and realize what he's actually worried about, what a pitiable creature he is.
So, yes; I think that sophmores would enjoy the tangle; the reader has to move past the images, past the structure of the lines, to string together what the idea is, the ACTUAL thought that's in Prufrock's head.
Is that the one with the line:

"Do I dare disturb the universe"? From The Chocolate War?

Yes, it is. Even though I had it in eighth, because my class was the highest class.
