i dont think you can choose, i know u have to live in a certain district to be able to go to a certain school...
but say you live in the district as the school that you wanna go to, then sure why not?..

no you cannot unless it is in your district meaning your address is in the same zone as the high school but if your emunicpated you sure can, you would be the legal guardian of yourself and wouldnt have to worry about your parents but make sure you have a way of supporting yourself.
