sounds like you need a second bus, take it up with your school.
yes that's totally not acceptable really dangerous
Talk to your school first, if that fails go to the local newspaper!
First talk to the transportation dept. at your school, if this does not work contact the Superintendent, if they can't resolve this, then yes call your local media to complain. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
LOL. Yeah you definately have to do something about that, I would think you may want to talk to yout principal or someone who has high authority in your school, or try contacting your county's school board.
if you are in UK
phone your local council - bus companies who run school buses must pass quite stringent 'rules'. They should only allow a set number ofchildren on board - dont think ANY should be standing.
If you dont get any satisfaction then tell them you are worried about the safety of your child and you will be going to the local paper, but give them the chance to check up and put right the problem
definatley do something about this.
Ask for a second bus.
I once did that and we got an extra bus thrown in. So thats 2 for the price of 1 :)
Go to your local MP and safety officer of your local council it is illegal for a bus to carry more passengers than listened to do so it is a safety risk if you get no joy go to the press but action should be taken by the local safety standards officer or the police will check it out Dave
p.s in fact inform the police at headquarters
