Will I get held back for not taking Intensive Reading?

Question:My school messed up my schedule and missed out on the fact that I was suppose to take Intensive Reading this year because I failed the state test for Reading. If I don't tell them about it, do you think later on into my high school years, they will find a way to hold me back? My schedule is already full of work and I don't want to have Intensive Reading to add on to it.

Answers:
If they didn't put it on your schedule they probably don't even realize you need it. I'm sure you'll be fine as long as you pass the next exam.
