Is there individual subject cut off in aieee 2007?what will be my rank if my total is 145?

According to my knowledge (and that's usually right :) ) there is no individual cut off in AIEEE...it's the case of IIT-JEE only...

And for the second part, by seeing that the paper was comparatively easy this year, i have a strong feeling that your AIR will be somewhere in between 25000 - 30000...But as you know this depends well over your state rank. So my thought is that you give preference to your state rank over AIR.
