How do you quit being nervous before the first day of school because my first of school is tomorow?

Question:

Answers:
What I used to do was look forward to something happy, like seeing all my friends the first day of school. But, if you're new, and there are no friends...I advise you make friends with the "nerdy" looking kids ASAP. They're always open to talking with new people. They'll talk to you and hopefully keep you company the first couple of days. After that, start to get to know everyone else. That first week is crucial. Use the nerds to get comfortable, then move onto the other kids. I realize it sounds mean, but it works.
Do something the you enjoy doing in a calm atmosphere. Read a book, make a craft, Etc.
I am assuming that you are not a teacher; because I am starting school tomorrow and I am scared to death!.

So, I don't quite being nervous, but I understand that it is scarey starting something new! I try to find those things that are relatively constant and dont' change. I realize that everyone experiences the same feelings of anxiety that I do. And then I do what I normally do, I act like I would to any new situation. That is all you can do!
just try to relax and try not to worry about it. Just think of the other kids starting to and think they may be nervous too.
I dont think you can quit being nervous. Believe it or not, everybody is nervous, to some extent. You'll feel more relaxed by lunch. Once you have a little break with friends, laughing together, sharing stories of what the day's been like so far.. you'll feel more loose and relaxed.
