Shower and bring your swim suit. Or you could go to a school that doesn't require it. I was never required in middle school and even in high school plus there wouldn't be enough time.
When I was in middle school, showing after gym was an option. I never used to shower because I would always be late for my class. I don't think it is mandatory, but if it is, then you can wait until everyone is gone or bring clothes that you don't mind getting wet.
