Question:I thought the maximum term was four years at a specific school since that's what I've experienced through my schooling, but it could just be rotten luck.
Answers:
Four years is the length of his or her contract with the school.A principle can stay in their position until they retire or the parents and teachers can ask for a replacement .If a principle fails to live up to their contract they can lose their position and their contract can be challenged and new people can apply for the job.Usually the current vice principle will get the job because of seniority.
