FBLA is great if you're active!
I was in it in my freshman year (last year), grade does not matter for a regular member.
All I had to do to get in is get a application form and pay the $10 fee to join.
Definitely go for it. It looks great for colleges. They do a lot of volunteer work and work with local businesses. You can also meet friends there and stuff.
FBLA is a great program and will definitely help when you apply for college.
