i have a very nervous stomach, i don't go till 2 so if anyone has any ideas on how to stay relaxed i sure could use the ideas..thanks!
Drink pleanty of water and remember to BREATH! sounds simple but when you are anxious or nrervous many times we forget these simple steps- Expierense every moment with joy and learning new things- After school- programs are a great way to share and care with kids- I applaude you for your choice in careers- and BREATH- and good luck!
