I can give you an idea that I've seen work with 3 little cousins of mine. After 6 PM have your kids drink only Gatorade or any other sports drink, not a lot, but if they like a drink at night, make it Gatorade. Gatorade helps fight dehydration, which is keeping the fluids in. I'm sure I could have explained this better, but I think if you try it, you will see it working.
There are various ways to train kids from bet wetting through the process of rewards and punishment but you cannot racklessly employ these techniques. consult a Psychiatrist. See whether your kids have tendency towards solitude or not.
See that they do not drink water before bed.
Actually bed wetting is not a problem at all.It is something to do with ur kids phychology.bed wetting helps to release the silent depression that has accumulated in their minds.So first you check ur kids phychology. check the things which makes them more frightened or more sad or something which is to the extreme than normal in behaviour. and try to avoid those things happening in front of them. for eg. if husband and wife have quarrels in front of kids ,etc. so you pinpoint such happenings in your kids surrounding may be in home or schools and try to eliminate them. so as time prolongs they will gradually quit that habbit. don't give them any sort of medicine.

Stop aerated drinks while having lunch or dinner. Before lunch or dinner visit the toilet. Aerated drinks like cokes or lemonades cause acidity which cause the liver to malfunction. Drink fresh fruit juices. It costs less than normal fruit juices. I understand the problem that most parents find the easy way out and select aerated drinks.
