My top motivators for a job are:
-work with numbers
-get to travel to different locations
-get to pick in which state/city I want to live
-not the same thing every day
-good salary :D

Any type of consulting, specifically in something like vacation travel, or Airline industry would provide a lot of your "motivation." However, I think that with a HS education, you will find a very limited number of positions that will provide you with what you want.
What you really need to do, is go to college. Getting a 4 year (bachelor's) degree will open up MANY MANY more options for you. You seem to have a decent head on your shoulders and are thinking in the right direction, I'm pretty shocked you are not headed that way. If its because of money, that's bull, there are tons of loans and grants out there if you take the time to research and apply.
Heck, go to school in a foreign country if that's what it takes to inspire you.
