Maybe if my child also can move about to such schools, after studying with kids who are preparing for selective oral exam will motivate him also. Maybe the teachers also are better within such schools ?
We are prepared to move to any part of sydney to further the coaching of my 2 sons.

Answers: You could put your son into the greatest institution in the world, and it won't clear a difference if he doesn't want to be there.
Talk to him, find out what he wishes out of school. Find a institution that caters to his interests. Let him enjoy conservatory and let the grades thieve care of themselves.
Incidentally, I cart umbrage to the implication that teacher at so-called elite school are "better" than the rest of us.
