Well, this is an interesting question. By law, all building must submit blueprints to the local goverment. In NYC, where I am, its a huge City Department. If you go to your local library, the reference section should be able to tell you where, in your city or town, the building records are. You usually have to pay a fee for a copy. Here's a suggestion: Why don't you and some classmates create an accurate school map as a project. You should be able to get credit in art and math for the attempt. I know that I would definitely give my students credit for a project like that. Good luck.
