Question:If he believes in studying practical facts and do not want subjective/ theoritical studies . If he has only large number of ideas which can be invented with the help of so many engineers or scientists, for this there should be a some children's institutions to show their their talent and inside skills as such I have but i am not be able to invent my ideas because of lack of good trainers and not interested in learning facts.

tell me galav, what would happen in these institutions? there will be people telling the children to do this and do that. and how many adults take children seriously?
and also tell me, what can you do without education? are you going to find the laws of motion which have already been found? or will you discover the nucleus in a cell which everyone knows of?
the institutions which yo are dreaming of already exists- schools.
the only problem is that they have been stereotyped over the years.
