Getting into private Indian schools only becomes a problem when trying to enroll in the middle of the year. Apart from that, as long as you can pay tution and etc, you should'nt need to worry about having your son getting in. Frankly, most schools just enroll kids and leave the rest up the parents and individual, so I would strongly advise you to start atleast speaking to him in Hindi. (And if you know where you're going and what language will be required, then I guess exposing him to that language would be a smarter take).
Apart from that (language factor), kids get accustomed to change as it is. He will take his time, might even end up getting a couple of bad grades, but if under the right guidance (aka, the parents--most imporatant), he'll do well.
Don't worry, take a couple of deep breaths, and mentally prepare yourself first; only then can you expect anything out of him. Hope this helps! Good luck! ^_^
