I'm not sure what you mean by easier. I teach both grades, and the difference I see is the level of maturity. Freshmen are still very much embroiled in the growing up process, caught somewhere between childhood and "teenagerhood." In 9th grade I see a lot of tattling and hysteria, characteristics left over from the middle school experience I suspect. The same students show up as 10th graders (same room, same teacher), more mature and able to handle minor day-to-day
crises. By 11th grade, when I see them in the hallways and at lunch, the change is so startling I barely recognize them anymore! So hang in there; your time will come.
It really depends on the school you go to and the teachers. Personally i thought it was a breeze. When you start off as a freshmen everything is unfamiliar, but when youre a sophomore you kinda get into the habit of working in a high school environment.
yup well mine are
i hope so cause i'm gonna be tommorow
i am hoping the same diference from grade 8 to grade 9. But i dont think its gonna be easier!!
no.. 9th grade was the best... 10th grade really sucks!
It has been said that Sophomore year is probably the hardest year in high school for some teenagers. I don't really remember mine, but I just didnt like high school altogether.
It depends on if your smart or not smart, I mean 5th grade was esier than 4th grade for me!
Yes, if you have already completed grade 11.
It depends on what courses you take.
