well i'm having the same problem. Study about 30mintues and then take a break a 10min break and go back study again. Time yourself. Time will fly.

well...
1.study with fun......i mean......when i study subjects like history.i have the scene in my mind.....u should not mug up what is written in the text.just understand......and wrtie in ur own sentence.when u mug up , u tend to 4get.
2.have a good time table........hey.not to c.but to do as it has been planned......u should fix ur timetable in such a way that u study in ure best time.and play or have recreation when u dont have a mood to study.......the best time to study is form 3am in thje morning to 7 am.......
3.when u sit to study.dont sit for too long.........either take 5 min breaks in between..and when u again sit to study just revise what u learnt b4..........
4.do drink a water at regular intervals....it keeps ure body and mind cool and freash......
5.when ure exams r around........just revise....and practice questions.........when u practise ull find it easy to answer questions......
6.1 hour b4 the exam...close ur texabook and just relaxe......and hey.do eat a snmall piece of chocolate.its helps in increasing ure memory power.......
7.when ure wrie the exam.firist pray for 5 mins.and read all the questions carefully.......First write all the questions u know very well first......circle the questions which u leave at last to write.
8.when ure paper is neat and is very legible to read, im sure..u would score half the mark.....as the teachers would have a good impession........
9 highlight imp. headings.....
10.draw a line afetr every question......
just follow these 10 rules and im 100% , ull pass ure exam with flying colors.ya it might be a little harwork.but hardwork pays back
