Answers:
Paragraphs should be at least four sentences that relate to each other. I like to introduce the topic in the beginning. Then depending on the style of writing the next few sentences could be your opinions, factual information, or something else. On opinion statements, don't say "I think", say it like a statement, "Carbon Monoxide is toxic to the environment in large amounts." The last sentence can be to close out the paragraph or transition into the next. Don't let paragraph get too long either.
You can find it in creative writing for non-fiction (Author Assist Com) It says, Paragraph must have one idea connected by words alluding same idea, using connection links such as however, but, nevertheless, etc. Also paragaph must vary in length, short, medium, medium, long, short.
