How do you get back into your normal sleeping pattern?

Question:School starts in 2 weeks, September 5th, and I always stay up at least until midnight every day, but now I want to get back into my normal sleeping habit for school. I have to wake up at 5:30 A.M. for school, so any helpful tips please?

our school starts the same day! well, recently i have been having cross country practice and we have been running 5-6 miles per day. we have practice 6 days a week. believe me, im already in bed at 10 every night! i suggest you do something similar, maybe not as strenuous but soemthing to tire yourself out, so at night you can pop right into bed and drift off to sleep, now to what you would consider early.
ye i agree if you do a lot of activities during the day you will very tired indeed...i would suggest running.

start by putting the alarm to at least 6 am and wake up at that time
try to keep urself occupied with things during the day and as soon as u feel sleepy go to bet
next day do the same and keep that same routing
and never stay up even if u feel sleepy, try to go to bed as soon as u feel sleepy
3rd day try to put the alarm clock at 5:30 am and wake up as soon as it goes off
and at night as soon as u feel sleepy go to bed
