If I were you I would go talk to your school counseler about your problem. Tell him/her that you dont understand the material being taught and you want to switch to a lower biology class. If she/he doesnt do anything about it, go to your principal, you dont want to have bad grades on your transcipts!

Talk to your counselor first, preferrably with a parent, because my counselor screwed up my class so badly in 9th grade. You have to figure out what you want. But, I'd say you should switch, D's aren't good, and classes don't get easier throughout the year. OR, ask your teacher for after school help, and if your grade still doesn't get better than switch out. Good luck!
