Major Associate degree? I don't know what you are talking about. I have an ADN, Associate Degree in Nursing. That was the only degree I got. (not 2 different ones)
You get degrees based on what your ultimate goal is.
dont think so
Usually, although there may be hoops some colleges send you through. I just had a general AA degree from my community college because I was going on to the University, but nobody in the Nursing program, for instance needed to get a general degree. Nor did anybody in the business program or the law enforcement program. Hope that helps.
If the general education requirements are met-Math, science, English,Economics, Speech, History and politics or poly-sci, the balance can be in your major such as theater, pre med, accounting, or basket weaving ----Oh yeah You will also need
phys-ed if you are under 21, and social science are core. You are going to need about 60 semester hours
with grad C or better in required core courses and your major, plus a few electives, such as basket weaving,to graduate. Good luck!
