First day of school? (does not have to do with clothes)?

Question:Hello peoples! So like many people I have school on monday (some of you are lucky you have it in september while others have already been doomed and started a while ago). Now I've been trying to wake up early but I usually can't get to sleep untill 2 and I wake up sometime around 8:30. (though I really don't get out of bed for a while after)

So anyway my question is does anyone have any tips on how I can get to sleep easier? Like how I can rest my nerves? I think it might be because my "subconscience" is nervous.

Oh boy, if you mean this Monday. you are in trouble. . Guess what, my school started about two weeks ago and I did not practice waking up. It was very hard for me at first seeing as I have to wake up at 5:45. Here are some tips.

1) Do some work. Like you would homework when you go to school.
2) Definitely go to sleep early even if you don't feel like it. Just lay in bed and you'll be able to fall asleep in a little while.
3) No matter what you have to wake up early. Put on 2/3 alarms if necessary. Tell your mom or dad to wake you up. Don't just give in to 'oh, I don't have school today, I don't have to wake up' (that's what got me)
4) Try not to watch TV or do the computer too often. Go outside and enjoy while you can.
5) Good luck in school, get a good start.

Hope this helped.
Happens To Me I Have A Lil Brother And I Use Him To Wake Me Up So I Can Get Ready For sChool But I Dont Know If You Have A Lil bRo Or sIs That Wakes Up Early Like That i would suggest aYou sleep early around 9 or 10 if u have a alarm clock set it to about 7 so that should be all idk if this answer is wrong for u
The first week is always the hardest! They did a segment on the news about this. You shouldn't have caffeine after 12 noon, and you should stop eating and exercising about 2 hours before you want to go to bed. If you've been taking naps all summer (I know I have!!) it's a good idea to force yourself to stay awake all day so that you're tired when you go to bed.
Well I met my nephew's teacher this morning. What I thought was a 12 yr old little girl turned out to to be his teacher. WOW they're getting younger and younger.

Get up early and take no nap.
I have the same problem. I start this Wednesday, and I've been falling asleep around three, and walking up around noon. I've been told to just lie in my bed earlier and earlier each night, and I have my parents wake me up early. Ask your mom or dad to wake you up at the time you're supposed to wake up for school, and if that doesn't work, use alarms. Also, watch little TV. It won't help you at all. It'll give you a headache, which would hurt so badly that you couldn't fall asleep. Same with computer.

Good luck, hun!
get an alarm and set it about an hour and a half before your school starts so if u do wake up a little late you still have some time to get ready for school.

I have the same problem,so i chose to tire my self out before going to sleep. Basically i would lift some weights, few push ups, jumping jacks, enough to get my body in a tense way so once i hit the bed i will fall a sleep.
Drink water after the exercise though
alright this happened to me i was late almost everyday of the school year well what my doctor said since you are starting school you have to get used to your old routine he said don't drink coke coffee ice cream or any thing sweet after 5 or else that will make you more hyper and got to bed at 9 30 so you have 30 minutes to calm your self down and be sleeping by 10 so set the clock for 5 30 so if you ask for a few more time you will be wide awake by 5 50 and continue until you get used to it and once you get the hang of things try to go to sleep a little later and so one good LUCK =)
Yeah, I'm having the same problem as you. What I found works is having a night where you stay up as late as you've been staying up and then setting an alarm clock for (maybe for starters) 7:00. Then do this every morning until you get to the time you like. You'll be tired on the first day, so beware! But in the long-run, it works!
Concentrate on ur breathing. Drink chamomile tea with honey b4 bed.
