Hi
Two possible thoughts.
Try and go to the Local Library or the Central Library where you live and ask if they have an example of the text in Audio Book form often they do then listen to it as you rest at night and maybe as you go to sleep and through your sleep. If the library don't have it then try the publisher they may have one for Visually impaired students.
Conversely try just plain reading it you may find that you get a lot out of it if you do.

don't cram! sip water while your studying. only study for 40 mins at a time. you could record your notes and listen to them while going to sleep... hopefully your brain will absorb!
oh and eat a banana before your exam! brain food!
good luck
